Who we are

Al Anisa ("Anisa", "we", "us", "our") operates the website anisacare.com and the Anisa mobile applications. This Privacy Policy applies to all of them, including the Anisa Admin app, which is an internal tool used only by our operations team and is not offered to the public. It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using our website or apps you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Account and contact details: name, phone number, email address, and role, for staff who sign in to the Anisa Admin app.
• Client and family information entered by our team to deliver care services: parent name, phone number, address, children's ages and care needs, and service preferences.
• Caregiver (Anisa) information: name, phone number, address, identification documents, photos, qualifications, training records, availability, and evaluations.
• Photos and files: images captured with the camera or chosen from the photo library, used for caregiver registration and service documentation.
• Location data: the device location, only when a staff member chooses to use it to fill in or verify a service address.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, push notification token, and error logs used to keep the app working reliably.

Device permissions

The Anisa Admin app may ask for the following permissions. Each one is optional and used only for the purpose stated:

• Camera and photo library: to take or select photos for caregiver profiles and service records.
• Microphone: requested by the operating system alongside the camera when recording video; we do not record or store audio separately.
• Location: to help staff enter or confirm a client address on a map.
• Notifications: to deliver operational alerts such as new requests, schedule changes, and reminders.
• Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint): to unlock the app on your device. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never sent to us.

How we use your information

• To match families with suitable caregivers and schedule, deliver, and follow up on care services.
• To manage caregiver recruitment, training, attendance, and evaluations.
• To manage staff accounts, permissions, and secure sign-in.
• To send operational notifications and respond to requests and support enquiries.
• To issue invoices, track payments, and keep financial records.
• To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our apps and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of children, families, caregivers, and staff.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Caregivers and families, to the extent needed to arrange and deliver a booked service (for example, sharing a caregiver's name and profile with the family, and the service address with the caregiver).
• Service providers who host our systems and deliver notifications (cloud hosting, database, and push notification providers such as Firebase Cloud Messaging), bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anisa, our users, or others.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Operational logs and device data are kept for shorter periods unless needed for security or legal reasons.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Access inside Anisa is limited by role, and sign-in credentials are stored in the device's secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable measures.

Your account

Accounts in the Anisa Admin app are created by Anisa for staff members; there is no public sign-up. In other Anisa apps you may create an account yourself using your name, phone number, and email address, and you can update these details from your profile at any time.

You may delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time by contacting us at anisacareofficial@gmail.com. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply. Some records (such as invoices or service history) may be kept where the law requires it, and staff accounts are closed when employment ends.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may retain some data where required by law.

Children's privacy

Our services are for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers, and staff). We collect limited information about children (such as age and care needs) only from their parent or guardian, and only to deliver the care service they requested. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Links to other websites

Our website and apps may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, map links). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
